What To Expect: Your Day With Us

The Creature Courage Experience is an 8-hour journey that takes you from fear to freedom. Here’s what your transformational day will look like:

9:30am – Welcome & Assessment

You’ll meet your dedicated therapist in a warm, judgment-free environment. Together, you’ll discuss your specific triggers, the impact on your daily life, and what success will look like for you. This is a safe space for questions before starting your therapy.

10:00am – Foundation Building

Using our tried, tested and proven therapeutic techniques, we’ll begin reshaping your understanding and relationship with fear:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to challenge and reframe negative thought patterns
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to reprogram subconscious responses
  • Hypnotherapy to access and transform deep-rooted fears

12:30pm – Lunch Break

It’s time to pause, reflect, and integrate what you’ve undcovered in the morning workshop. However, the lunch break is usually about an hour.

1:30pm – Education Phase

5:00pm – Celebration & Integration
