Courage coaching focuses on retraining how you respond to fear, rather than pretending it doesn’t exist.

Before developing Freedom in Courage, I spent over a decade working at the highest‑intensity end of fear. As the founder of Creature Courage, I have guided thousands of clients through severe phobias in live, real‑time exposure environments, achieving a documented 99% success rate in helping people face their feared animal within a single day.
